Welcome to Boulters Meadow Residents Management Company

This website has been put together by your Residents Management Company Board of Directors. We are a group of owners, some of whom also live onsite, who volunteer our time and expertise in various fields because we want to help make Boulters Meadow a really great place to live.

Our primary responsibilities are to direct policy and provide financial guidance for the estate, as well as appointing and overseeing the work of our managing agent – currently POD Management. Whilst day-to-day issues are managed by POD, they are accountable to our Board, who try to take decisions in the best interests of all owners and residents.
